A daring re-imagining of Euripides' classic in a new version by the Humble Theatre Company
Jason is a famous footballer, Medea an ex-Miss World, and the Golden Fleece a coveted trophy

In the glare of media attention, where appearance is everything and everything is larger than life, Euripedes' Medea acquires a disturbing new resonance.

The Humble Theatre Company creates an innovative new staging which dares to ask the big questions

This radical reinterpretation uses the myth of Medea to explore the issue of abortion... Is it still wrong for Medea to kill her children if it is unborn? How far is it right to return in return for hurt?

A multimedia production creates a high speed, high definition world. Choruses become songs, interviews and radio programmes.
