Chalice Personal Management Ltd is an innovative and proactive agency with bases in two of the UK’s Capital hotspots and is run by four full-time agents: Sarah Harding, Colin Scott and Stephanie Chard. From our offices in London and Cardiff, we offer a professional and friendly service individually tailored to the talented artists that we represent. We currently represent Actors, Singers, Dancers, Actor-Musicians, Directors and Presenters.

Sarah and Colin have over 20 years extensive knowledge & experience of the industry as agents, producers, directors, teachers and actors. This unique insight into the business gives the agents of Chalice Personal Management Ltd an awareness of the ever-changing profession as well as an informed understanding of the life of an actor and all that it entails. Stephanie is an accomplished Business Mentor and successful Life Coach and motivational speaker.

Sarah Harding

Managing Director & Senior Agent

Sarah has worked in the industry since graduating in 1999. As an actress she has performed demanding roles in London and in America. Also, whilst in America Sarah Worked as a drama advisor for various performing arts Schools in New England. In addition to her acting achievements she has directed at The National Theatre London and received praise from notable playwrights for her work. As an agent Sarah is keen to promote the talent that is to be found in her native Wales. She is thrilled to be working with her well qualified team and talented artists, and looks forward to the growth of Chalice Personal Management Ltd.

Colin Scott

Managing Director & Senior Agent

Colin has extensive knowledge of the industry as an actor and as an agent. He is particularly interested in new writing and producing. In addition to his stage experience Colin is also experienced in business administration and management. Having moved to Cardiff to work as an agent, he was involved with many new writing projects, and now returns to London and is looking forward to working with the high quality of artists that we have and the specially selected team of Agents..

Stephanie Chard

Associate Agent

A talented individual with excellent business management expertise. Demonstrating sound entrepreneurship, shown by the establishment of four enterprises in 15 years, with an extensive and practical knowledge of the training industry, Stephanie is adept at business planning and innovation and dealing with client requirements. She is an intuitive coach with exemplary diplomacy and arbitration skills.
